Kale will accidentally stab him in the eye with a shrimp fork, only everyone thinks it's premeditated, and she gets in lots and lots of trouble.

Kale will long for him from afar but never do anything about it, just constantly compare Malachi to him.

They'll go along pretty much the same way as before, except that Ethan'll accidentally walk in on them having sex and go hysterically blind for a while, much to Kale's amusement.

Mila will decide to go into the Peace Corps leaving Joey to lead the family for the first time. He does an exceptionally poor job, the house goes to hell, and he breaks his leg and hip when he trips over one of Ethan's comedy props that're strewn across the floor. He winds up in a full body cast with his jaw wired shut and has to be tended to for months by Kale and Ethan.

Their marriage'll fall apart when Joey gets slapped with a sexual harassment suit and Mila will start taking Prozac and eating bucket chicken.

They'll go religious all of a sudden and give away all their stuff.
What do you think will happen with Mary-E and Dalal?

They'll break up when Dalal caves and pressures Mary-E for sex.

They'll stay together against all odds.

Dalal will get a cold sore, and Mary-E will think it's some kind of STD and break up with him for being unfaithful to her. In the end it's all just a misunderstanding but the damage has been done.

Dalal's family will have to move in with Mary-E's family for a few days while workers take care of a broken pipe that flooded their house. Mayhem ensues.
